This work falls within the general framework of the planning and design project for the administrative area in Sirte, which aims to create a modern and advanced structural environment. This includes an integrated investment administrative complex, administrative buildings, and other commercial service buildings.

The work involves four main phases, each aimed at studying, evaluating, and then developing an appropriate vision for this area, which covers an area of 12 hectares.

The first phase involves an assessment of the current situation, where, following the request submitted by the Administrative Centers Development and Management Authority, architects were dispatched to the study site to explore and collect sufficient information about the existing buildings and infrastructure.

In the second phase, this information was studied and analyzed from various aspects, including technical, architectural, and engineering perspectives, and then evaluated according to the required specifications. Based on this evaluation, decisions were made regarding which inefficient buildings could be demolished and which valuable and high-efficiency buildings could be retained and integrated into the proposed future project for the site. The desired results were achieved and approved by the authority.

In the third phase, based on the evaluation process, suitable and possible designs and hypotheses were presented for the general site and its intended function, providing the necessary services. Various aspects were considered to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each proposed solution.
