The International Center for Engineering Studies and Consultations was established in 2004 when it was known as the Jamahiriya Consulting Office. Its name was changed in 2022. It is composed of a select group of distinguished, skilled, and experienced engineers, most of whom have worked together as a team since 2004, undertaking a series of projects and delivering significant work in various engineering fields. The work has been of a distinguished quality level required for planning, design, supervision, and quality control, and we continue to provide our services at the same distinguished level.

Our Mission

Our mission is getting the owner of participating in rebuilding, and development process in a free Libya by providing the design and engineering studies in all engineering aspects (Infrastructure, Housing, Transportation …etc) according to the international standards. By providing our employees with an honest and helpful working environment, where every employee individually and collectively, can dedicate themselves to providing our customers with exceptional engineering consultations, also maintain and improve our relations and partnerships with the international companies and improve our employees qualifications and skills by getting them involved in the strategic projects to overcome all development challenges. Work seriously and professionally to face all challenges and provide all the engineering solutions with high quality and in time, to play a key role in construction and development of Libya.

Our Vision

Working on restoring the name and status of the company in the market as it was in 2010. We also aspire to be outstanding in the field of engineering, whether it is design, planning, or supervision. By providing and operating all the necessary equipment at the International Center, we will focus on testing due to the reconstruction phase that the country is going through, given the damages it suffered in the past. We also aim to be among the top consulting firms inside and outside Libya, and to expand our reach to Africa and neighboring countries, contributing to the development of African countries such as Chad, , and Sudan, which need the services of consulting firms.

Architectural and planning designs

We can reach the most successful designs in terms of city planning, design and development of residential and service buildings for various uses, and provide all architectural and functional loads, and advice for the success of such projects, according to the latest technologies, taking into account the environment, climate, and architectural identity. We can also plan cities and solve bottlenecks through a team specialized in urban planning. Designs of land and railway roads

We can design all types of secondary, main and international roads (bridges and city entrances with all their concrete facilities and facilities, and study traffic and intersections), and provide the most successful solutions to bottlenecks and facilitate traffic.
